RE: Grab a 30 second or less audio clip and open it in Audacity. Slow it down to half its speed that affects the pitch as well and record it at Speed 5 on Flipnote. Then turn it to Speed 6. If you have a 3DS, you can get clearer audio by looking at Sudo's Audio Help Page :)
