RE: Absolutely, its main purpose is for designing, animating and rendering 3D scenes, and it can do many other things as well. But it is not beginner-friendly, at all. It has a "professional-grade production environment" layout. You'll need to find some tutorials on YouTube or wherever to learn to navigate it and do anything at all with it. It took me a while to get the basics down. I'll tell you this right now, so you won't be entirely stuck if you try it: It expects you to use the middle mouse button to rotate the camera in the editor. So if your laptop doesn't have that button, use an actual mouse, or remap the controls. Let me know if you want more pointers on it.

Wow! Those sound effects are your voice! That's amazing!
When you say "slowed them down twice" Do you mean down all the way, and then all the way again? It is bizarrly musical. I would never have guessed it was your voice.

Ah, google maps! Nice use of the laptop for zooming out. And you used your zoom vice to inbetween yeah? It works great m8.
    Tilted Trianics, I love it!!!
Tilting is the most useful and required movement isn't it. When I've done character drawn photo imports tilting the image is incredibly useful.
Did you draw over the tilted Trianic imports? They look free drawn. Very Nice!

Indeed, I'll have to look out for sprite Flipnotes.
I like your rules for adding pixels to sprites. They're a good rule of thumb. I've noticed that thickening lines around characters neck and jaw-lines looks good. I think it's like you say, a strong under shadow improves heads a lot.
