Okay So After The New 3ds Update, My 3ds Was Broken. Not Knowing What Was Wrong, I Came To The Conclusion I Needed To Activate My Backup. But Because Of That I Lost Access To My Account Again :). Then Right After, I Saw How To Fix It. I Am Very Upset With Myself.
