Our Favorite Flipnotes from last weeks Topic "Applause"
Kanük×× has created this expertly concise winning animation of a clapping cartoon puppy dog.
Animated as a 3 frame cycle of movement, with an open, a closed, and the softest of inbetweens, the clap is as snappy as it can be. And blended beautifully with the audio as part of a general applause.
This impassioned round of applause, animated by JauntyJon, may seem sincere at first look. But after noticing a few tell-tale signs and some subliminal cuts, it becomes apparent that this stick man is not altogether as bowled over as he might first appear!
Along with its other effects and expressive character posing, we also thought that its distinctive clap-blur warranted a special mention.
A live comedy performance, consisting of a single number based joke, earns a stirring round of applause in this topic winning entry by Crate.
The venue really comes alive with great backgrounds, lively crowd drawing, and an ambient soundtrack that sets the scene perfectly for such a bizarre comedic genius!
An amazing thing happened with this entry by Soobaloo.
Because of dyslexia, they read the topic “Applause” as “Apple Sauce”. Then made a fantastic Flipnote all about it!
What a fortunate happenstance. As with the addition of audio, it’s a delicious win-win, where fruity sauce gets a round of applause!

This Weeks Topic - "Trucks And Lorries"
Kings of the road, trucks and lorries transport everything from logs and cement, to food, fuel, and furniture.
They come in all shapes and sizes and can be designed for very specific needs.
Here’s a list of different types of trucks and lorries you might like to use in your Flipnotes:
Tanker truck, trailer truck, chiller truck, log carrier, cement mixer, dump-truck, garbage truck, box truck, and the undisputed champion the eighteen wheeler!
Make your Flipnotes about any kind of truck, truck driving, truck drivers, or truck related incidents you like.
But most importantly……..Keep on truckin'!
