Our Favorite Flipnotes from last weeks Topic "Impossible"
In our first selection, by SilverNek○, a human sprouts wings, impossibly flying through the air. The drawing, animation and music work really beautifully together.
This next entry, by YahiryDany, features the Penrose steps, also known as the impossible staircase. We really loved the squidgy bean bouncing up the stairs in an endless loop. A really great idea, and truly impossible!
There's a great variety of impossible tasks, from flying, climbing and weight lifting, to eating enormous amounts of hot dogs, in this fantastic entry by Kêithkash★. The music is also very well chosen, and goes perfectly with the visuals.
Super-Mario is put in an impossible position in this clever game based entry, by Endergamer. Go Mario, Ya-hoo!

Being young forever is the impossible subject of this Flipnote, by .:✕Nëk✕:.. We can see how this impossible idea would have it's problems for a young person. As time passes him by, he'd lose all his friends. A sad story, yet wonderfully illustrated.

Relationships can be impossible too, as we see in this heated entry, by kenpa(ケンパ). I think some couples counselling wouldn't go a miss here. Time-out, time-out! XD
Upcoming Changes
We have been recently testing, and will soon introduce your Feed on Sudomemo. Your feed will be shown when you select the "All Flipnotes" button on the main menu, and will contain creators you have followed as well as channels you have added to your favorites. (Recent Flipnotes will still be available for now by selecting it from the dropdown menu.
The purpose of this change is to make it easier to see Flipnotes from your favorite creators and channels first. Make sure to add creators you like to your favorites to see their new work!
This Weeks Topic - "Spin Off"
This week's topic is Spin-Off. Your entry should be spun off from an existing Flipnote. To do this:
Tap on the Flipnote you want to spin-off from. (It must be unlocked.)
Next, tap details and then save. The Flipnote will now be on your DSi, and can be added to and adjusted as you choose.
When you're ready, upload your spinoff to the Weekly Topic channel!
Be sure to make your changes in the original Flipnote, don't copy out, and paste into a new Flipnote, as we want to be able to look at the original Flipnotes to see how you've changed them. We'll be looking for Spin-Offs that have creatively added to the original Flipnote. It could be a humorous twist, or a re-imagining, by adding new characters, material, sounds, dialogue, or what ever you like to bring out your ideas. We really love the way you're all so creative with these topics and look forward to seeing the Flipnotes you create for them. Make sure to post your entries to the Weekly Topic channel, and the deadline for your entries is the 28th of April. Keep on flipnoting and the best of luck with your entries.
