Well done to everyone who entered.
During a moment of quiet contemplation, a troubled individual sees both their problem and their cure manifest in the bathroom mirror as a gang of hideous creatures, followed by an escape to a peaceful landscape in this winning topic entry by jonah1.
Beautifully animated with fine-line drawing and a classic mirror shade, it also includes a square-dotting technique, used for the soft backgrounds and the mirror world, that quite took our breath away!
Is This The Work Of An Enemy Stand User, in this Weekly Topic winning Flipnote by Sh0rtiot?
Sensing a mysterious presence, our hero must be quick on his feet when the attack comes. Which bursts out from behind glass, first rendered with a shimmer of blue stripes, before it smashes into pieces as a giant hand misses its quarry by a whisker.
A curious stick man steps inside a mirrored portal, only to be thrown out by his own reflection in this Topic winner by paulmarker.
The use of diagonal lines and an off-set image suggest the glassy surface of the portal very effectively.
A profile character studies themselves in the mirror, in this Topic winning entry by regal.
Using the flip function to reverse the character, checkerboard shade provides the suggestion of glass for the mirrored reflection.
What could be behind the shiny pane of glass, in this winning Topic Flipnote by GooIsOut?

Waving is a to and fro hand gesture that can be a greeting, a farewell, or a signal to get attention.
Frequently used in day to day life, from a casual movement to a leaping, double handed action, a wave can be extremely useful.
Your Flipnotes can be about anything you like, so long as it involves some form of waving.
This could be a great opportunity to put your hand drawing skills to the test. Or keep it simple with a stick figure salutation.
However you decide, why not give us a wave, in the form of a Topic Flipnote.
We really love the way you're all so creative with these topics and look forward to seeing the Flipnotes you create for them.
Make sure to post your entries to the Weekly Topic channel Weekly Topic - Waving and the deadline for your entries is August the 20th (12pm EST / 4pm GMT).
We would also encourage you to add a description to your Flipnotes. This is your opportunity to explain any points of interest and specific details that we could feature in the topic winner reviews.
And don't forget, if you want a cool thumbnail picture on your Flipnote, whichever frame you save the Flipnote on, that will become the thumbnail. So choose your favorite frame for this, or add in a cool title page at the end, and save on that.
Keep on Flipnoting and the best of luck with your entries.
