Hey there everyone, DeepRising here with the Weekly News Letter. There was a great response to last week's topic "Multi-Layer". Well done to everybody who entered. Here are the winning flipnotes.
This first selection by succrice is a scary night time, multi-plane, moving landscape. It features a castle, lightening and rain. Great job!
We loved the effect of the layers moving in different directions, in this next entry by °Tuna∴Sub°.
This multi-layer mash-up flipnote by god▲OF▼war really blew our minds. Wow!
This fantastic entry by られⒶわ☀WB∞M is beautifully animated with multi-layer movement in many different directions.
Check out the great multi-plane effect of the snowy forest background in this flipnote by Sulu.
This entry by Ⓐleks uses the colours of the flipnote layers to great effect. As the blue layer is being erased, the hero makes a giant leap to the safety of the red layer. What a great idea, and the music was an inspired choice too.
This week's topic is Boats. There's many different types of boats and ships. There's speed boats, rowing boats, yachts, canoes or how about the colossal ocean liners. Some boats are powered by propellers, some by the wind with sails and others can be rowed with oars. The huge ship the Titanic, famously crashed into an iceberg and sank. Or speed boats, they're brilliant for action sequences. And canoes are great on white water Rapids. We really love the way your all so creative with these topics and look forward to seeing the flipnotes you create for them. Make sure to post your entries to the Weekly Topic channel, and the deadline for your entries is the 1st of October. Anchors away, it's Flipnotes off the port bow, and the best of luck with your entries.
