Our Favorite Flipnotes from last weeks Topic "Smash!"

We chuckled gleefully as an angry Stickman, armed with a huge hammer, smashes a present into a million pieces, in this excellent entry by chr1s.

The impact flash and explosive sound, work well together for a smashing effect!

A desperate Stickman dashes and smashes his way through anything in his way, in this hilarious Flipnote by re:pろskツ♥.

But why is he in such a hurry?

Watch this entry, and find out!

We loved the idea of being smashed into different characters, as envisioned in this entry by Mr.tiago™9.

That's a mighty looking wrecking-ball that's doing all the damage! EEEEK!

A large block is reduced to rubble with the use of a 'Bonk Hammer', in this great hand drawn animation by Daniel.

That's a seriously brilliant hammer for smashing things with!

We were very impressed with the highly creative smashing impact effects in this laugh out loud spin-off from a classic sample Flipnote, by うじまっちゃ.

Double layered camera shake and collision whoosh-lines, followed by an aftermath residue wave creates a very stylish effect indeed.

We were absolutely delighted with the furious outburst of smashing, in this amazing entry by Elliott😃.

Perfectly entitled 'PC Rage', it features a tower toss, a mug fling, and a table boot, in its tirade of retribution! With camera shake, screen cracking, and exceptional object shattering, the devastation is synced just beautifully with the smashing sound effects.

Absolutely fantastic! We can't stop watching it!

A determined cat burglar smashes his way into a Sudo-star repository and claims his reward, in this our last selection by Blitzer. A very successful heist for sure, and well done for getting it posted just in time.

This Weeks Topic - "Telling Scary Stories"

With Halloween just a few weeks away, we're launching a months worth of Terrifying Topic Specials, in the lead up to the scariest night of the year! We're kicking off this week, with a topic about the tradition of telling scary stories.

Your Flipnotes could be about stories told around campfires in the darkness, or ancient dusty tomes of spine chilling tales, or scary mysterious legends passed on by word of mouth down through the ages, or any other format of story telling you choose.

Why not create your own scary story, or adapt an existing one. They could involve people (OCs or other characters you like), the supernatural, strange occurrences, haunted places, mystifying objects, ominous portents, to name but few.

Feel free to use vocal narration, music, animation, pictures and photographs to concoct your spooky yarns and Flipnotes.

There's some great 'Two Sentence Horror Stories' on line, that you might find inspiring, and also some very useful videos on You Tube, about story telling. Here are some links for these:
