And now, our winning Flipnotes from last week’s Topic “Noisy“.

Well done to everyone who entered.

The first of our Topic winning selection stars a furious PaperHat and fellow OC gamers in the throws of a noisy game of Uno that's rapidly deteriorating into apoplectic rage and uncontrollable laughter.

Set to gut-bustingly hilarious dialogue, it's expressively animated with a mixture of tools utilizing both line and texture drafting, as well as photo-import work.

Our next Topic winner, by ◆Flip Cat◆, features a tale of noisy E-shopping-revenge, and back-firing weaponized merch.

Rendered in a crisp, cartoon style with snappy movement and loads of bounce, this fiendish comedy plays out to fabulous Flipnote melodies, along with a variety of spot sound effect design.

Inspired by the words from our Topic description “The louder, the better”, this winning entry by HALU envisions the earth-shattering results of turning up the volume on the ultimate DSi!

With the use of strong blast-lines, extreme distortion, and a sudden, booming soundtrack, its sonic wave wreaks havoc in a series of flash-damage scenes, culminating on a planetary scale for its final act of destruction!

Watson inc intrigued us enormously with this R.A.O.P. informative Flipnote all about the aspect of noise known as Infrasound.

Beautifully set out with knowledgeable text and delightful accompanying illustrations, it fully explains the nature of infrasound, as well as raising awareness of its negative impact through technology on our modern world.

Kêithkash★ has an absolutely cracking theory.

"Loudness equals greatness!"

But what could possibly go wrong when a full piece orchestra puts this to the test!

And that concludes last week’s Topic winners.

Now onto this week's Topic description.

This Weeks Topic - "Genie of the Lamp"

The origins of the "Genie in the Lamp" first came about in the tale of Aladdin from The Arabian Nights (Which was later popularised by Disney in their animated feature films).

Here’s how it works;

To whomever rubs the lamp, the Genie will appear, and must then grant the master of the lamp three wishes.

But wishing can be dangerous and tricky! As a Genie is not only powerful, but is also deceitful and cunning!

Typically visualised as beings of both solid and vaporous form, a Genie should be great fun to animate, and could appear as any character, or in any way you choose.

Why not give your PCs or OCs a go? They could be Genies, or masters of the lamp!

The mystical choice is yours!

We really love the way you're all so creative with these topics and look forward to seeing the Flipnotes you create for them.

Make sure to post your entries to the Weekly Topic channel Weekly Topic - Genie of the Lamp and the deadline for your entries is December the 7th (12pm EST / 4pm GMT).

We would also encourage you to add a description to your Flipnotes, to highlight any details you’d like us to feature in our winner reviews.

Tip: The frame you save your Flipnote on will become the thumbnail, so choose your favorite or add a title page!

Keep on Flipnoting and the best of luck with your entries.
