If you were around for starbegging of olde on Flipnote Hatena (honestly, you could probably find some of this just digging around the Flipnote Archive) it was a super pervasive problem and hallmarked by low effort Flipnotes made to try to get a boost in the rankings by Stars alone. We mostly squashed it out right at the start by an inherent rework of how Stars worked. I don't have any problem with this Flipnote though, it seems innocent enough, and I have a soft spot for froggies.
