From my understanding, Trianic is guy who was going around downloading everyone's Flipnotes (possibly even yours) to "archive" them to some backwater website nobody cares about. And when people expressed how they had a problem with it or how it made them uncomfortable cause he was technically taking their work without permission, this Flipnote is basically his response to all of that in a nutshell. And apparently he's been constantly behaving like this, saying he's leaving and coming back, on repeat. Now everyone turned him into a lolcow.
As someone who saw the decline live, this is accurate.
