"As for the 3D side I used a toon shader and made different colors for each dithering pattern to go on. Then I key the colours and use them as marks for the dithering patterns."

"RE: No, that would be against TOS. I instead use photo-impact. I use a tool to convert Blender output to a JPG. Photo-impact can read."
