There's honestly a lot more to be said that I haven't said yet; I've been doing some reflection and think that we kinda put too much focus in the Discord and sometimes lose sight of the website (it's a huge task moderating the Discord alone); we've also been always way understaffed (it's hard to find trustworthy people; we have strict rules about user data) and currently have 3 admins who have spotty availability; this has been the case for years where we are unable to find enough staff to help. So when something happens we usually only find out about it when someone bothers enough to write in to complain. None of these are unsolvable issues, but they are certainly difficult ones. I'm going to do some research on better ways to find moderators than "prove over time that you have good character and can handle the responsibility".
NOTE: since I pulled an all-nighter working on all this stuff some of it might be a bit glitchy but I think I worked out most of it. If you get an error do know that I'm watching for errors and will sort them out soon as I can.
