Re:] unless you’re talking about the white outline between the red and the blue? If thats the case its a select tool trick and there are better guides for that than what i’d be able to say ^^
Re:] I do two separate pages at a time! Ill have the solid (underneath) colors on one page than on another I have the colors I want to lay overtop, then ill make them the brush I want, and merge the pages together!
