Suzanne Import Test 2 - Sudomemo

Suzanne Import Test 2

Since my original Suzanne import test, I've made some changes to my process. I seperate shaded sections by colour rather than brightness and use the chroma key node to mask them out. I now use multi sized freestyle strokes rather than lineart objects. The largest only appear close to the camera. 44 pages and 56 KB

  • Incredible! Did you import directly from Blender somehow? Does it go right to the flipnote's .ppm file?

  • Oh this is so cool. Most video/image editors have a threshold/binarize feature which I use for depth layering. It's not as fine tuned as your process but it can be used more broadly. I've have a few simple examples such as my Funky Kong flipnote.

  • very interesting experiment!
