Re 2: for the final parts i animated it on krita instead of aseprite. Aseprite is really good for making sprites and working with sprite level art, so i ofc use it to generally animate my oc in comparison to the sprite of anti-coolyo.
Anyways enough about me nerding out about animation, I anxiously await the results for the fcc today ⬆⬆⬆
Re: woah, i thought i was the only one that did that XD
seriously, i meticulously analyzed this animation to see where things would make more sense and how it could be better
like the initial choreography from the layout that anti nexus gave me for when they first start fighting is decent, but it was HARD to work with animating the stick dodging and moving and fighting like that, and also its a bit basic. The proportions for my o.c. is also a bit off because i remember i was so over it and rushing so i wish i coudve reworked that, but doing that already took so many hours i just didnt feel like it. Another thing is that aseprite doesnt take drawing pressure from my tablet, so some initial full portraits like when she lands down can defenetly be improved to match more my preffered art style and look, i shoudve used krita much earlier since i find drawing detailed portraits and pixel art there so much better in comparison to aseprite, and it has basic animation features so for the

SO COOL AND SMOOTH
re: thanks thanks!!
that kick alone was all custom made by me, and took a cool like... 2 DAYS OF WORK or something-
making sprites is really hard lmao
very smooth, and speed 8, not bad at all!😃
very nice animation! Looks really smooth. the sonic hurt zoon screen was impressive and the music selection matches a lot.
As a huge sonic fan, I love this.
