Genji was really lazy when he was young and the masters ordered hanzo to kill genji bc if genji went on like this he could jeopardize the shimada family empire so hanzo did it (almost) bc the Overwatch Organization saved him and he forgave hanzo but hanzo still feels like a horrible brother. Why wouldn't he? he almost killed his little brother!
