Re 6: One last thing! The site will be very slow for the first few days in July and is already kinda slow now as everyone picks teams early (if you don't have a team picked then it'll put you in one randomly when the fight starts, but you can switch). Download the refs for characters you want to draw asap and save their character IDs! It may be hard to find them later.
Re 5: There's some guides on youtube that may be helpful if you wanna know more. Also, you can search for other users if you know their username by putting it in the URL bar after the .net part and adding /~. Like /~(username). Not the best way to find people but that's the way it is.
Re 4: Points for each team are calculated after July to see which team won. When you post an attack, there are certain things you'll have to pick on the upload menu that will determine how many points it's worth--this is stuff like whether it's a sketch or fully colored, if it is shaded and/or has a background, etc. Look at the attack guide to see which things your attack fits.
Re 3: The site has limits on file sizes--the main art has a limit of 5 MB as far as I know. You'll also need to post thumbnail images for both the attacks you make and the characters you post, which will be pretty small sized and 200x200 pixels--I've been using an image resizer/cropper site and it works just fine for it! (Your pfp follows this also but it's only 100x100 px)
Re 2: Since you'll primarily be drawing people's OCs, you'll need a character ID when posting attacks of that character--the ID of a character is on its page often next to their name so be sure to save it. People will use that also in order to make attacks for your characters--the stuff that people make for you is called defenses and is listed on your profile.
Re: Tell me your username on there and I'll follow you! And I'll do my best to explain: you'll pick a team and you're making art for other people that also scores points for your team (the art you make is called attacks). You can attack people on the other team or on your own team (own team attacks is called friendly fire, though it doesn't give as many points as regular attacks).
