recently ive been trying to catch myself whenever i feel paranoid of what people think, and remember not to put certain thoughts into other peoples minds, like asuming they think somthing about you
Im going through kind of the same thing.... people have told me not to let what others say to you, and to not worry about what others think of you. but honestly thats like saying "just stop being sad". its a lot easier said than done...
