Well, you can order a new screen and try to fix it (risky), or switch to another DS if possible... Some people hack their 3DS (also risky) and run the old Flipnote Studio on it.

I don't understand how it got that way... If you're handy with a screwdriver, my advice would be to order a replacement touchscreen part for it, but there's always the risk of getting a piece of junk part that doesn't really work. Which model are you using? XL or not?
