KuruxiRE: Nope, I don’t live on a farm. It seems like the property used to have lots of livestock on it. We have chickens, I mean we have A chicken. The rest of the flock fell victim to bird flu and hawk attacks. The house was built in the 70s (or 60s) and there’s a trailer in the crawl space so there were definitely extensions already. There are height measurements from the last people to live here. Dates back to 1994 of a kids growth so there must have been a family before them. The family moved out around 2007 I believe. We found dates and drawings the family left after we had severe water damage from the house flooding. So we had to replace the floors we just replaced. Luckily we put good quantity water protection under the floor boards. (We also re did some walls and spray painted REDRUM in red underneath a wall for the next people.) Seems like you got a lot of work to do, and a lot of work done which always feels nice, good luck on fixing your place up!
